Good morning SFSL Families!

We are excited to host our 3rd meet of the season with the emphasis on our Relays and Breaststroke Rules! 

Attached is our heat sheet, we will make sure every kid has a chance to swim in a relay. Relays consist of 4 swimmers. This meet 4 swimmers will swim Freestyle in the first relay, and either all Backstroke for our 10 and unders or 25 Backstroke/25 Breaststroke for our 11 and overs.
